TXT C-H-A-S-E 2 WIN FREE TIX 2 US OPEN

Chase is giving thousands of Tri-state consumers a chance to win a pair of free tickets to the US Open just by texting the word "WIN" to C-H-A-S-E (24273) anytime from Jun. 9 to Aug. 9.

In keeping with today's expectations of instant information and gratification, in the same manner that a customer can text Chase for their account balance through Chase Mobile, Chase will immediately text back entrants to notify them if they've won and how to to redeem their prize.  Winners can redeem their tickets and non-winners can find out about other ways to qualify for tickets.

"We made it simple and convenient for consumers to score free tickets to the US Open, New York City's most exciting sporting event of the summer," said Michael Cleary, head of marketing for Chase.

Chase launched Chase Mobile last year, becoming the first major U.S. bank to introduce mobile banking using cell phone text messaging to give customers account information on demand.  Chase Mobile recently earned a Webby Award in the Mobile Marketplace and Services category for its sophisticated innovation.

Other ways to get free tickets

Consumers can visit any of Chase's 800 convenient bank locations in the Tri-state area to qualify for a pair of tickets to the early rounds of the US Open by:

Additional tickets to the Men's and Women's Finals, Semi-Finals and Quarterfinals are also available for larger deposits.

Multimillion-dollar advertising campaign highlights Chase's sponsorship of the US Open

Starting this week, Chase's "Text to Win" promotion is spearheading a broad marketing campaign that leverages parent company JPMorgan Chase's sponsorship of the US Open Tennis Championships.  The print, bus shelters, subway stations, commuter rail cars, taxi top and telephone kiosks ads begin this week with the message: C U @ THE OPEN.  You could win US Open tickets.  Text 'WIN' to CHASE (24273)

Chase also will provide information about the ticket giveaway on ATM screen messages, in brochures at bank branches and with statement inserts.
