Discover Card Discover.com Website
Discover Financial Services announced the launch of its newly redesigned website. Discover.com will now offer customers a more simplified and informative experience when choosing from various Discover Card products and services.

The redesign includes enhancements to the website features and functionality, and will align closely with Discover Card's existing online channels to improve the marketing effectiveness for multiple products and services. Throughout 2008, the site also will introduce additional interactive content and tools to help consumers with their financial product selection.

Discover.com's flexible and self-servicing design is intended to drive deeper customer engagement and enhance the customer's online experience. New tools such as the "Help Me Choose" function help consumers choose the Discover card that's right for them, and simple disclosures and easy-to-understand rate information provide better overall clarity and transparency. Consumers also can experience what it's like to be a cardmember through the new Member Benefits section, and learn more about the unique aspects of individual cards and products.

According to Sarah Alter, vice president of eCommerce at Discover Financial Services, "The new Discover.com applies many of the key learnings we've experienced since the website's launch in 1995. Consumers want information that's engaging, relevant, easy to find and easy to understand. The redesigned site offers all of those things, while continuing to provide a consistently meaningful online experience for both cardmembers and prospects."
