The card has no annual fee and an attractive 0% introductory rate on purchases and balance transfers for twelve months. Blue Cash from American Express - offers an excellent cash back reward program and the option to transfer your high balances to a low interest rate for the life of the loan. The maximum rebate that cardholders can earn for gas purchases is $15 per month. The interest rate applied to purchases and balance transfers is reasonable, but the card uses a more costly method of calculating finance charges, and therefore, it is not ideal if you plan to carry a balance. However, there is a 0% introductory rate that applies to both purchases and balance transfers for up to twelve months, and there is no annual fee associated with this card. Several platinum benefits and services are also provided.
