Termination & Refund: You must provide a five (5) business days advance notice prior to terminating your advertising campaign, with the termination effective on the sixth (6th) day following the fifth (5th) business day, regardless if the sixth (6th) day is a business day or not. Pulsar Marketing Inc. may; at its sole discretion, terminate the partnership immediately at anytime without any advance notice, and shall remit to you any and all pre-paid funds which were not used for advertising costs. If, per our Terms & Conditions, you terminate your account, within 10 days following effective termination we shall remit to you any and all remaining funds which were not used for advertising costs.
